Jim had to go to
Lakeland, Florida to assist with manning a booth there for work.
Of course, he got to look around at the many aircraft that came to the
EAA Sun 'n Fun fly in.
This is a picture
of Jim next to a T-28 advanced flight trainer. This type of aircraft
was used to train Naval Aviators while he was stationed at NAS Whiting
Field, just north of Pensacola, Florida in the early 1970's
